| Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retirement. This role oversees staff relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and compliance with NC state and federal employment laws.
The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who supports organizational growth, workforce development, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and staff training programs
Manage staff relations, performance management, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA standards, and workers’ compensation requirements
Administer benefits and serve as liaison with vendors and administrators
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation
Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning
Produce HR reports and participate in committees and emergency planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field or 5+ years of HR experience
MUST HAVE strong knowledge of employment law, HIPAA/PHI, and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Supervision:
Reports directly to the Human Resources Director.

- 24 Hour Access to a Vehicle
- 1-2 Years' Supervisory Experience
- Maintain Safe Driving Record
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Ability to perform essential job results, physical tasks and mental tasks
- Clear criminal background
- Successfully pass a drug screen and Clear Criminal Background check
- 2 years supervisory experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of HIPAA, PHI and employment & labor law compliance
- Positive, professional attitude
